MAAAC Choir Celebrates 5 Years

MAAAC Choir
One of Ghana’s vibrant choirs whose introduction in the Christian music circle has contributed to chorale music in Ghana is the Mankessim All Angels Anglican Church (MAAAC) choir.
The choir is about to celebrate its fifth year in the music ministry and preparations are underway for the event.
After the release of its first album titled ‘Ayikoo’, MAAAC choir has been performing good chorale music all over the country. The group is currently working on its second album.
The group’s leader, Maxwell Kumi, said the journey had not been easy since the beginning, adding that the foundation on which the choir was built and the unity that existed among members kept them going.
Much has not been said about MAAAC Choir in the Ghanaian media because the spotlight is often not on chorale music but indeed, it is a force to reckon with when it comes to inspiring music and artistic performances.
MAAC choir is getting ready to put up a great concert to celebrate five years in music ministry in August.
