The show, which is aimed at providing a platform for established models, is an event which sets model against each other over who is best on the catwalk.
Organized by Media Market Productions in collaboration with Top Style Magazine, its maiden edition was held sometime last year at the Coconut Groove Regency Hotel in Accra.
It was witnessed by hundreds of fashion enthusiasts, who thronged the venue to support their favourite candidates who vied for Catwalk Icon 2012.
But at the end, 23-year-old astute runway model Esther Adobea Addo emerged the overall winner.
The search for the next ‘Catwalk Icon’ model has just started and organizers are working behind the scenes to make the event an exciting one.
It is opened for persons, both males and females, between the ages of 18 and 28 years, who can model.
Interested applicants are being advised to pick up audition forms at Silver Bird (Lifestyle Gallery), Koala Shopping Centre, Busy Internet, TV3, Citi FM, and Trans Africa University College and other locations across the country. The main event is scheduled for September 7 while audition is slated for mid July across the country.
