Jon Germain |
Singer and TV anchor Jon Germain last month returned as a judge on Exopa New Faces reality show, months after he left his post vacant.
The ‘In My Head’, crooner didn’t give reasons for his exit as the show was organized for awhile without him. But his return last month, according to a source, was for good.
The Exopa New Faces contest is a modelling fashion event to help wannabe male and female models to explore and harness their modelling talent.
It is organized on the last Saturday of every month and winners of the contest get contract with the Exopa modelling agency.
Over the months, there have been attractive segments such as summer wear made of contemporary African fabrics by creative young designers, and music from energetic young and talented artistes among others.
Jon Germain has been a judge on the show since its inception. A number of other top showbiz icons passed through as judges for the event but Germain remained an in-house judge.
Hence, his exit became a topical issue among fashion and modelling enthusiasts.
Just last week he was in the news over his ‘In My Head’ song’s performance in the ongoing Big Brother: The Chase house.
The song was played and housemates liked it and requested for it to be played over and over again.
For about three different days some of the housemates repeatedly called for the song to be played saying, “Biggie we want to hear ‘In My Head’.” Prior to that some of the housemates sung alone when the song was first played.
